Breakfast is a calming ritual at Erguvanli Ev. It is served on the outdoor terrace with the view of the valley and company with nightingale tones in the spring, cricket voices in the summer and silence in the autumn. The breakfast menu is very rich with the homemade marmalades and pastries, olives, extra virgin olive oil, cheese, several local tastes and extremely delicious special bread, prepared in Küçükkuyu stone
We prepare our dinner by totally organic local grown plants, vegetables, fruits and virgin olive oil and the dinner is served as menu on the outdoor terraces. The menu contains soup of the day, three kinds of starters, salad, main dish (meat, fish or chicken) and dessert. We offer homemade local dishes such as gozleme, mantı and erişte for the snacks.
